Sales & Refund Policy

This policy explains how OneMedPro, the healthcare growth practice of NestOne Group Private Limited, manages fees, payments, cancellations, and refunds for its services.

2. The growth check-up is free

The initial 30-minute diagnostic call carries no fee and no obligation. Paid work begins only after both sides agree on scope, outcomes, and fees in writing.

3. Fees and payment

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, with applicable GST added. Fees, milestones, and payment schedules are defined in each engagement proposal. Invoices are payable by bank transfer or other agreed methods within the period stated on the invoice. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Cancellations

Either party may end an engagement in line with the notice terms of the signed agreement. Work completed and expenses committed up to the effective end date remain payable.

5. Refunds

If we fail to deliver an agreed milestone, we will first work to remedy it; where a remedy is not possible, fees paid for the undelivered milestone will be refunded. Fees for delivered work, completed milestones, and elapsed advisory periods are not refundable. For conference engagements, third-party and vendor costs paid out on the event's behalf are not refundable once committed.

6. Pilots

AI and remote-care pilots are scoped, priced, and evaluated as defined in the pilot agreement. Refunds apply only where the pilot was not delivered as agreed.
